What's included in exterior window cleaning?
Exterior glass, sills and frames — all scrubbed with the water-fed pole system, not just rinsed. Screen cleaning is a separate service, but just ask and we'll add it on.
What is a water-fed pole system?
We use a carbon-fiber pole that delivers pure, filtered water through a soft brush — leaving a spot-free finish as the water dries, with no soap or chemicals.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior-only window cleaning — you don't have to be home. We just need access to one of your outdoor water spigots to hook up our purified water system. We'll send a confirmation when we're finished.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you're not happy with any window, we'll come back and re-clean it — no questions asked.
